Fete de la musique !

21 june 2006

In the tradition of the summer solstice, June 21, a pagan night recalling the ancient tradition of St. John’s feast and the longest day of the year, Paris will be engulfed with music. In 1982, La Fete de la Musique began as a gathering of professional and amateur musicians as a way to express themselves. Today, the Fete’s focus balances all kinds of music giving an equal place to amateur musicians, rock, jazz, world music, classical, rap, techno or anything one considers to be music.

Fete de la Musique, in Paris is now a monster musical celebration ! You should not miss it and obviously you can't miss it. From the apartment it is easy just cross the bridge and you will have much much fun with Batofar and guiguette Pirate !
